Course Overview
PL-200 is the core functional certification for Dynamics 365 customer engagement consultants, because every CE app is built on Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform. This hands-on course teaches you to design and configure solutions the way CE projects do. You will build the Dataverse data model with tables, columns, relationships and business rules, design model-driven and canvas apps, and configure security with business units, security roles, teams and column-level security. You will automate processes with Power Automate cloud flows, business process flows and classic workflows, build agents with Copilot Studio, and deliver reporting with Power BI. The course also covers solutions and environment management, data import and integration with Microsoft 365. Labs use a realistic CE implementation scenario, and the course ends with exam practice for PL-200.
